Who can use Styldod?

Anybody who is moving into a new home, renting a home or wants to refresh the look of their existing home. can use Styldod to get shoppable designs for their homes as per their tastes and preferences.

What is the Styldod difference?

The Styldod difference lies in our unique ability to quickly make high quality 3D designs using technology. With Styldod you will receive a lot more than just generic looks not specifically tailored to your floorplan and tastes. Our 3D tool lets you customise designs indefinitely till they are matching your exact requirements.

What types of rooms do you design?

We do Living Room, Living-dining room, dining room as of now. Our team is working hard to make the other rooms live as soon as possible.

Can Styldod build my room from a floor plan?

Yes, we will build a room from your floorplan depending on the dimensions and fixtures.

Can Styldod design a commerical space?

We have not yet launched our commercial design section. Please refer to the website for more updates.

Can Styldod help with rooms under renovation or construction?

If you can provide the floorplan of the space we can do the design of any home. The floorplan is the starting point for us to start the interior design process.

Does Styldod service customers internationally?

Yes, you can use Styldod's service from any part of the world. We might not be able to showcase you products from retailers in your area immediately but you can always choose similar products while you shop from retailers website in your country.

HOW IT WORKS

Can I incorporate furniture I already own?

Yes you can incorporate the furniture you already own. We will charge you $15 per product since it will take extra time and attention. You can also fund a similar item from Styldod catalogue which we can incorporate for free.

Why don't you have every piece of furniture from those retailer's catalogs?

While we have thousands of products in our 3D catalog, we do not currently have every single item available from every single retailer. We are working hard to expand our 3D catalog, but building 3D models of millions of pieces of furniture takes time and effort. We do our very best to source similar options from our preferred vendors so please let us know and we'll try to find an alternative.

What is a 3D rendering?

These are photo realistic images which have been made by our computers which give you exact information of how your room might look like.

What is a project?

We count each room design request that you submit as a separate project.

Can I update my requirements after requesting designs?

Once you have submitted your requirements, you can't edit them. However, once the designs are ready you can make unlimited revisions to the designs.

Will I be notified when my designs are finished?

Yes, you will receive an email from us giving you a link to your unique designs which our designers have made for you.

I received my initial designs - Now what ?

Once you have received our initial designs you could potentially do 3 things :- 1)Redesign the place : You might want to make some specific changes which you can do using our 3D editor tool. You can make as many changes as you like using it.  2)Buy products : If you like the designs you can go ahead and purchase products from retailers' websites or their stores . 3)You want HELP : You can contact hello@styldod.com to get specific design changes that you might want our team to do.

What if I don't like my designs?

Home design process is a very personal experience. While we are doing our best efforts to make designs which suit your taste and preferences, the designs would not be of liking to you. Hence, we provide you with 3D style editor in which you could make unlimited number of changes. You can also give feedback to our team so that we can keep those things in mind while we do the next iteration.

Can I start over from scratch?

Yes you can start from scratch and we can redesign your space as per your new requirements.

How do I reach to someone at Styldod about my designs?

Please contact us at hello@styldod.com for any queries/issues. We will get back to you within 24-48 hours.

What if I enter incorrect room dimensions?

Once you have submitted your room dimensions, they are sent to the room development team. Though it requires a lot of effort on our end to redo the room, still we will work with you to change the room dimensions. Hence, send us a mail to hello@styldod.com immediately with the new room details and dimensions for our team to be able to make designs for the correct room.

PURCHASE RELATED QUESTIONS

Can I purchase the products in my designs?

We are adding thousands of furniture and decor 3D models from your favorite brands, so that you can see them in your room designs. For now, we will populate your designs with furniture that emulates trending styles. We will provide shopping lists to match your design from products of leading brands.

Do I get discount buying through Styldod?

Styldod does not participate in the buy and sell any products. It just sends consumers to relevant buying channels : online/offline. The customers have to directly negotiate with the retailer for discounts.

Can I purchase products from multiple retailers?

Yes, you can purchase products from multiple retailers. We give a link to you for every product in the design which you can directly purchase at the retailers' website or visit their store.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Damages, returns, refunds are guided by retailers policy. Styldod has absolutely no role in pricing, quality, damages, refunds, returns of retailers's products. Please checkout the retailers website or their stores for their policy on such issues.

Do you accept return?

We do not accept return since we do not manufacture or retail these products. We only act as your adviser while purchasing products from a design perspective. Am I responsible for return shipping?

Now that I’ve received my item, why does the color look different?

Good question! There will always be some discrepancy in color, depending on your screen brightness/contrast settings, and variations in the natural lighting of your room.
